This hotel is a great base camp to explore the southern coast of Albania. the rooms are spotless and modern with excellent air conditioning and heating. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic with delicious local products. the nearby restaurant is a great option, and the location offers beautiful views of the lake.

The spa and pool area could be improved with more facilities to relax.

We loved this hotel! Our family room was big, very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the stunning view of the lake and the city from the terrace. Location-wise, it was quiet and rural, but still close enough to the city. an excellent choice!

Very clean rooms and a very courteous and friendly staff. The hotel makes a great impression.

The only thing missing would have been a pool to chill out and a little more choice at breakfast would have been great.

One morning, I was planning to visit different places and the staff gave me excellent advice that made my excursions even better. The staff's guidance really enhanced my trip. The room was relatively old; the water pressure in the shower was weak, and almost no water came out of the tap.

In my opinion the best location for Ioanina, provided you have your own car. Directly at the lake, beautiful view of the fortress and the town. 6km to the centre. Wonderfully quiet and good air, ideal road connection. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. For dinner the staff recommends it, it's nearby. Best bathroom with sufficiently large shower without danger of flooding. Would come back anytime!

The breakfast was good and the view was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for directions to nearby attractions. The hotel was located close to the city center and there were some nice walking trails nearby.

The room shades didn't block out enough sunlight, making it difficult to sleep. I also found the spa to be overpriced compared to other places in the area.

Had a pleasant Christmas break in this modern hotel. Rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was good with a variety of food options that we enjoyed. the staff provided excellent service too.

The hotel's location was quite far from the city, making it difficult to go out and explore. Taxis were the only option, which made it a bit expensive to go around.
